Visits, online or in person psychotherapy:
Free initial meeting:
30 minutes talk to discuss: what is therapy, your expectations, how I could help you and if I am the right therapist for you. (This is not a therapeutic session)
Standard therapy:
- UK: £50 per session.
Bereavement Therapy, Blue Light Card holders and care industry:
- Initial 6 weeks: £38 per session. Subsequent sessions: £50 per session.
Reduced fee:
- £38 per session for clients who are claiming benefit, students and trainee counsellors. Please note that this must be agreed prior to our first session, and I require proof in order for me to offer this service.
Availability:
- Online: Monday to Friday 8am till 7pm.
- In person: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 am till 5 pm.
I offer a flexible booking approach — you can choose the time that suits you best each week.
